A Few Tips for Filling the Nomination Form!
1. Make sure you know the ownership pattern of your business, whether it is
proprietorship, partnership, HUF, public limited, private limited, self-employed or other.
2. Check the award categories and find out whether your business is eligible for
start-up award or MSME award.
3. Be sure of the industry sector under which your business falls and the category
under which you will apply for Start-up or MSME award.
4. Know whether your business has PAN, TAN and GST number or not.
5. Make sure you are aware of the correct annual turnover before you start with the
application process.
6. Be certain of the total number of employees and total number of computers in your
organization.
7. Be sure to read, understand and tick the self-declaration given at the end of the
form.
Steps to Fill the Nomination Form
Step 1: Click on Nominations and Go to ‘Eligibility Criteria’
Step 2: Check the Eligibility Criteria And, make sure you are eligible
Step 3: Click on Nomination Forms Fill the all the details carefully
Step 4: Submit the Form Check that the information you have entered is correct
and, Click on ‘Submit’
